RETURNS

All our products are hand selected and packed just for you, and we have confidence in our delivery providers ability to get your items to you as you'd like them. However, if for any reason you are not happy please contact us, within 48 hours of receiving your order.

We must be notified of your intention to return an item within three working days of receipt of your order, and receive the returned item within seven working days of receipt of your order. Please email us within 48 hours of receiving your order at barbara@violette.co.nz.

If the product is faulty we will replace it, if it is out of stock we will refund the purchase price or offer you a store credit. If the product has been damaged in transit please notify us immediately and we will contact the delivery provider to resolve any claims. Please note that claims must be made within seven days of delivery of the item.

While we're sure you will love the product, if you change your mind an exchange of goods or credit note is at the discretion of Violette. Proof of purchase will be required to return or exchange the product, and if a credit note is issued it will not include the shipping fee. You will need to cover the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty, or outside the 7 day return period. Please ensure the item is safely and securely packaged.
