How to use:

Heat the wheat bag in the microwave oven for 2 minutes on high, with half of cup of cold water beside it. I place mine on a plate when putting into the microwave, to keep the bag clean. 

For cold packs, keep one in the freezer.

Size 45x15cm - 3 Segments (for even wheat & heat distribution).
